May 2011 Greens

An early start in the off-grid hoop houses yielded organic mixed salad greens and pak-choi. A special treat of root cellared carrots were also available for the first Spenard Farmer’s market on May 21, 2011. By mid-day we were sold out ! Come early to get the best selection. More greens will be available next week at market as well as for CSA supporters as they start off the season on June 1st.
